Eco-friendly plastic bags are made from compostable, biodegradable and recycled materials.

Biodegradable means that the material, at the end of its life cycle, is metabolized into CO2, water and biomass with the help of microorganisms. Biodegradation depends on many environmental factors such as humidity, location, temperature, etc.

On the other hand, the compostable characteristic refers to the fact that they are transformed into organic fertilizer (compost) in industrial composting plants, in domestic composting containers, or in the ground, always under controlled compostability conditions (time, temperature, humidity, microorganisms).

The main characteristic of recycled materials is that when we properly dispose of plastic packaging in our homes and jobs, it is processed and transformed again into useful products in our daily lives.
